Singer Cheryl Cole, who is planning to launch her music career in US market, is now reportedly facing a copyright case over her single 'Fight For This Love' from her debut studio album '3 Words'. If we are to go by the reports, it is now being investigated after various companies made plagiarism charges against X Factor judge.

It is reported that a total of seven companies have come together and alleged that the song 'Fight For This Love' has broken copyright laws. According to source, Cheryl Cole's single has heavily borrowed from the track 'I Want You Back', which has never been released. Now, the case is said to be under trial at a court.

However, 'Fight for This Love' was initially released in the United Kingdom and Ireland as the lead single on 16 October 2009 by Fascination Records and had got huge number of fans to Cheryl. But the latest charges against it are spoiling the stability of Cheryl, who has already lost stability over her role on X Factor USA.
