Wang Jiayun, born June 18 1993, is the latest internet sensation in Asia after more than 30 of her pictures from her Sina Weibo account were wildly circulated over the internet, going viral all over Asia especially in South Korea. In her widely-circulated photos, she looks a very cute blowup doll. Wang’s large eyes, pale face, perfectly structured nose and extremely slim figure resemble a brand of human-sized blow-up doll popular with Korean men. Wang in fact sent South Korea guys went gaga over her when she recently became the No.1 searched name in the country’s most popular search engine Naver.com.
Online users were particularly drawn to her almost “unreal” beauty, prompting a debate over whether the picture-perfect girl is a human or a doll. With large round eyes, sharp oval face, pointed chin, sexy body and thin long slender legs, she resembles me one of the pretty Japanese anime characters.
Wang Jiayun is 164cm tall and weighs 42kg. Born in Kowloon of Hong Kong SAR, she currently resides in Shenzhen of Guangdong province, China, where she is a high school student.
In her latest status message, she mentioned that she just wants a normal life and repays her parents by getting into college. She never wanted to be popular public figure. Teachers have called her up after seeing her pictures online and she couldn’t describe how she is feeling at the moment.
As of the afternoon on the February 17th, the number of visits to Wang Jiayun’s Weibo already surpassed 3.5 million. On the 17th alone, the number of visits exceeded 1.18 million.
Many netizens who initially praised Wang's blow-up doll appearance seemed disappointed in her after it became known that her pictures were photo-shopped. Many even vilified her but she really doesn't deserve all the hate comments and remarks. Amid growing controversy, Wang has shut down her personal blog.
Her photos that have not been photo-shopped have now been revealed. Honestly, even without photoshop, I think Wang looks very pretty. Hey guys, give her a break, okay?
